Systems Administrator & Infrastructure Manager Now Hiring Hybrid

What It Is

We're building out our infrastructure team. You'd own our server, network, and virtualization stack - working directly with the owner to maintain Proxmox clusters, manage client networks, and build out new systems.

Start part-time, grow into full-time as you prove yourself. We invest in people who invest in us.

What You'll Do

  • Infrastructure Management - Proxmox VE clusters, TrueNAS, PBS backup systems
  • Network Administration - WireGuard VPNs, pfSense firewalls, Omada controllers
  • Client Deployments - Site audits, server installs, network upgrades
  • Documentation - If you didn't document it, it didn't happen
  • Monitoring & Alerts - Zabbix, TRMM, proactive issue resolution

What We're Looking For

  • Linux Experience - Comfortable at the command line. Proxmox/Debian preferred but we'll train the right person.
  • Networking - VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, DNS - you know how packets flow. Don't know all of it? That's fine, you'll learn.
  • Virtualization - Proxmox, Hyper-V, or similar. Haven't touched Proxmox? We'll get you there.
  • Self-Directed - You can take a project from requirements to completion without hand-holding
  • Documentation - You write things down without being asked. This is non-negotiable.

  • Certifications - CCNA, ITIL, Linux+, or similar. Nice to have, not required.
